I was expecting the setup to be a whole project, but my Plunge was straightforward. The instructions were clear, everything made sense, and I had it up and running faster than I thought. Compared to a couple other cold plunge setups I’ve dealt with, this was definitely less frustrating and felt way more user-friendly.

Shipping was quick and it arrived without any issues, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. that’s about all I was hoping for.

I’ve been using plunge.com for a bit now and the app works well most days. Like, I’ll open it up, everything loads, I can do what I need to do, and I’m not sitting there fighting with it, which is basically all I want from an app. It has frozen on me once or twice, which was annoying in the moment, but it wasn’t some huge issue or anything. Overall I’m happy with it, just wouldn’t call it totally perfect

I had a small issue with my plunge and wasn’t sure what to think at first. It made me wonder a little about the quality, but I figured I’d reach out and see how the warranty process went. I sent over a few pictures, and they got back to me fast, which was a nice surprise.
The return/exchange steps were clear and I didn’t feel like I was getting the runaround. Shipping took a bit, but that kind of stuff usually does. I’m still hoping it holds up better long term, but overall I’m glad they handled it and stood behind the product.

I’ve had my plunge for a few months now, keeping it clean has been way easier than I thought it was gonna be.
I usually just check the filter, give the tub a quick wipe, and keep up with the water maintenance stuff. It doesn’t take much time at all, just a few minutes here and there. The app and help pages made it straightforward too, which helped a lot.

I did have one question about a little buildup, and support got back to me fast. So far it’s been simple to maintain, still looks clean, and yeah, I’d give it 5 stars.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, and I can say the water gets cold quickly and actually stays that way. No hassle, no weird issues, just does what it’s supposed to do. I’d feel comfortable recommending it

I bought this Plunge tub thinking it would be a solid, long-lasting purchase, but I’m disappointed. After just a few months, some of the parts started to feel cheap, and the finish picked up marks way easier than I expected. For the price, I feel a little misled because it looked and sounded like it would be much more durable than it actually is.

Had to wait longer than I thought for someone to get back to me. Got help in the end, but needed a couple follow-ups before it was sorted. Not terrible, just alright

This was really comfy and took about no time to set up. Super easy to use and exactly what I was hoping for...

It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t really complain there. For me, though, it feels a little overpriced for what you get. If you really need it or catch it on sale, it’s probably worth it, but at full price I’d think twice.
